KBS2's newest addition "Man of Equator", boasts a popular cast with Uhm Tae Woong (Dr. Champ, Queen Seon Duk) and Lee Joon Hyuk, who has been gaining attention since his role in City Hunter. Lee Bo Young (ATHENA: Goddess of War) and Im Jung Eun (Secret Investigation Record) round out the cast of this highly anticipated melodrama.
Kim Seon Woo (Uhm Tae Woong) has always been unmatched in strength as Lee Jang Il (Lee Joon Hyuk) is in academics. During high school, the two form an unlikely friendship and exchange tutoring in each others' weaknesses. However, in a tragic accident, Seon Woo loses his vision, leading him to Han Ji Won (Lee Bo Young), a girl that both he and Jang Il care for. Meanwhile Soo Mi (Im Jung Eun) begins to fall for Jang Il. After a series of unfortunate events sever their friendship, the four adolescents go their separate ways until 13 years later, when fate brings them together again.
